I am writing to express my interest in this job opportunity. As detailed in my enclosed resume; I was recently graduated from Sikkim Manipal University with a Bachelor degree in Information Technology. My graduation project was on City Mobile Services which is developing online customer support services such as: Money transfer, Electronic check and Check suspension.
In preparation for my final third year and to broaden further my knowledge, I attended one Online Course (Cisco Certified Network Associated - CCNA) and many training courses related to network, hardware, OS, and software’s such as (MCITP, Linux administration, PC. Hardware and Exchange Server 2007 & 2010) and Acer courses such as Windows 10 introduction, Windows 8 Introduction, Acer Call center Guidelines and standards, and Effective international communication – Acer , Middle East
This experience was very enriching for me both academically and personally. In addition to the scientific knowledge that I acquired, I was exposed to a different working and multicultural environment which will certainly enhance my ability to work in a culturally diverse and international environment.
During my four years of University I was able to combine successfully my academic work and sports activities. I was a member of the Shooting and swimming teams in my collage and the university team. My engagement in sports and multiple activities enabled me to appreciate the importance of organizational and communication skills and the significance of perseverance, and teamwork.
With these skills, I am confident that I will both, benefit enormously from a job experience in your company and contribute with commitment to its activities and success.
My four years as experience in Acer Computer Middle East(JAFZA), Raban Al Safina Group of Companies and Diesel Group – Diesel Heavy Equipment - JCB and Prime Diesel - Perkins, Sudan has helped me to gain lot of work experience with IT Assistant and Help Desk Support and troubleshooting of network equipment as well I promoted to Network Supervisor. So far IT manager promoted me to IT Manager of new Company (Prime Diesel – Perkins) in our group so I setup all plans for the network and security CCTV among with devices procurement and IT Budget plus, I Gave Technical Training to one of our biggest company in Sudan (Marawie Dam For electrical services) the training table included MS Office & Networking.
