Analyzer activities / responsibilities:
Carried out Preventive maintenance of all on line process analyzers of the entire complex as per schedule. It includes periodic Calibration and Servicing of all the analyzers as per the procedure.
• Calibration and Servicing of quality connected ISO related Process Analyzers.
• Troubleshooting jobs on day-to-day notification send by operations and making reports of the cause and case study in case of complex process related problems.
• Preventive Maintenance activities for online process analyzers and its maintenance on break down. Calibration of the analyzers with Standard gases and liquids as references.
• Assist designated Analyzer Engineer for Systematic maintenance and Spares inventory for all sort of analyzer instruments and related components.
• Turn around maintenance of all sorts of analyzers and its sample conditioning systems. As Analyzers comprising of delicate sensitive parts, a proper scheduled turn around maintenance was essential in ensuring accuracy, repeatability and reliability of the Analyzers.
• Technical assistance for Laboratory Analysis department for troubleshooting and maintenance of Laboratory Analyzers.
• A summary of analyzer maintenance activities, where I was immensely involved are given below.

Testing & Commissioning Working: -
• Closed loop test to confirm the continuity of cables.
• To monitor the functions of Instruments.
• Confirming availability of inputs alarms & switches on DCS coming from field.
• During start-up trouble shooting.
• Calibration of all types’ Analyzers.
• Parameterizations of Analyzers with (SFC, Hart) Communicators.
• Sequence test & logic test of instrument control panels.
• Confirming availability of inputs alarm & switch on DCS coming from field.
• During startup trouble shooting with loop drawings.
• Worked on P&IDs, LAD Diagram & Electronic Circuit Diagrams, logic Closed loop testing of control cables to confirm the continuity of cable, drawing,
• Also done loop checking, cable laying, cable tray installation, instrument tubing.
Computer & CMMS Skill: -
• Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) MP2.
• MS Office 2007 & 2010 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc.
