An able leader: In my role at Bar Rod Mill II Project of JSW Steels Ltd, I led a team of 12 technicians in effective and timely completion of planned activities like equipment erection and commissioning of fluid systems. I was also able to showcase my leadership skills as a Shift Incharge, by leading a team for quick and immediate solutions to problems/ breakdowns in order to decrease downtime in production

An effective communicator: Since college , I was a very active member in various associations and have enormous exposure in public speaking, paper presentations, advertising and creative compositions . I was also able to showcase it as a column writer for www.geektech.in and as a organizer for various actvities of my college.

A passionate employee: Everything I have engaged in so far has all been driven by my dedication to my job. Even as a Shift Incharge at JSW Steels Ltd, I took it upon me to spend some extra time in carrying out general maintenance activities and spare maintenance of certain areas of the plant. It is this passion that has led me to explore and expand my skills and abilities in a very short professional experience.

I am proficient with mechanical design and drafting applications like CATIA, AutoCad, Solid Edge, Edgecam & ANSYS.
