While working for 20+ years in power plant and having experience in GE, Siemens, ALSTOM, BEMCO, DOOSAN and ANSALDO for power plant familiarization and process controller can work as a Lead Chemist.

The Lead Chemist reports directly to Project Manager and is responsible for all plant chemistry related duties. The Lead Chemist will develop, chemical cost control, direct, monitor, analyze and maintain the Plant chemistry program. Duties including process control of WTP, Electro Chlorination, MSF, CCW, HRSG Boiler chemistry, Laboratory analysis, Chemical Budget, Chemical dosing, On-line analyzer system, Waste Water Treatment, Environmental Compliance of Power Plant Generating system. The Lead Chemist will develop analyzing procedures, set frequency of sampling, providing leadership to the Lab chemist.

I have a great deal of experience with management of chemical Lab that includes manpower, shift work management. I’m a good Lab chemist for monitoring the quality of feed water, steam, Condensate water is also important to know whether the make-up chemistry is performing well. Complete process optimization for best performance with innovative ideas for cost minimization, optimization of chemicals managing complete for cost savings. Development State –of- art Lab for power plant chemistry and environment with modern instruments. Developed of Laboratory management system for close monitoring of all process for corrective, preventive and proactive to avoid unplanned shutdown.
