I am native of Hyderbad, India. By nature i am down to earth, polite and diligent . My background includes serving as a System Administrator or Technical Support Engineer within both BPO and retail environments. Most recently, I worked on the System Administrator for Portings IT Services Pvt Ltd, where my responsibilities included handling Server, Remote Desktop Support, Network Administration; maintain Active directory, Exchange Server, DHCP or DNS troubleshooting, and client machines end technical support during busy periods.
Previously, I worked with Netsys Solutions. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of Technical and Desktop issues and complaints.
