 Ensure that the work carried out complies with International Standardization codes, project specifications, work instructions, procedures as appropriate. Perform Surveillance Inspection like materials/fit up/visual/NDT/painting for fabrication & erection works to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific Quality Requirements.
 Execution of project, inspection and maintenance of quality assurance and quality control.
 Performing Inspection of incoming materials with material data sheet.
 Checking of weld defects like extra penetration, Lack of fusion, porosity e.t.c.
 Perform NDT as required.
 Responsible for ensuring 100 percent quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures for all aspectsof functional responsibility.
 Develops process improvement plans using a variety of Quality and Continuous Process Improvement tools, including but not limited to Six Sigma, LEAN Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, engineering studies, DOE, Gauge R&R, etc.
 Supports continuous product and process improvement through detailed failure analysis for non-conformances, and investigates, develops and implements effective and compliant solutions for product or process corrections, retrospective and remediation action plans, and for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA Program).
 Performs a broad variety of tasks in support of product and process design as assigned by the departmental manager.
 Develop and Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise on Design Control Global Procedure and associated Work Instructions.
