My name is Shridhar Rathod. I am writing in response to the opening for Engineer – Network Reliability position currently available.As my resume indicates, I have graduated bachelor Degree, majoring in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from Mumbai University, India in December 2012. Since I graduated from my bachelor degree, I knew networking is going to be my field of work. I am lucky to find a job and an expertise that I am passionate about.My working experience will show you a various networking skills I have develop during 3 years of working in networking area. These are some work I have involved during my employment year:

1) Create, implement and manage network design including network migration plans.
2) Troubleshoot Local Area Network computer connection issues.
3) Provide post-sales delivery during implementation including site survey, installing and configuring according to design and requirement
4) Provide maintenance and troubleshot network-related service issues including performance, outages, and anomalous behavior
5) Testing and supporting network subnets in various stages of deployment
6) Working with different internal/external project management and technical teams to plan, design, and implement phases of network-related initiatives
