I was employed with Royal DSM, which is a Dutch based multinational life Sciences and Material Sciences Company, that has over 25,000 employees worldwide. During my tenure as a Talent Acquisition Researcher with various companies, I have successfully and consistently conceptualized and applied several strategies that resulted in Higher quality of professionals hired.
During the period, I have worked up on and closed many Blue collar, mid management, Sr. Executive and Niche positions with least efforts, saving both time and money for the client. .
