Presently associated with Mody Industries (F. C.) Pvt. Ltd. (a WPIL Limited Group Company), Thane as Q.A / Q.C Manager along with Management Representative (M.R.)
Adept in managing business operations involving resource planning, in-coming, in-process & Final inspection & Testing, conduct & witness NDT techniques and co-ordinate internal / external inspections with various third party agencies.
Significantly engaged as a Management Representative (M.R.) in implementing & maintaining ISO 9002:1994, 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2008, QS 9000 & TS 16949 - 2002 and CE marking certification techniques for improving the plant operations along with energy conservation for cost savings.
Major Role & Responsibilities
Verify the product conformance at various stages of manufacturing processes as stated in QCP/ITP and applicable technical specifications. Review quality documentation to verify product conformation and carry out surveillance inspection to verify the process and procedure compliance. Report to relevant authorities on daily, weekly and defined frequencies.
To monitor suppliers activities with respect to quality performance and ensure that the received materials are from the approved suppliers. Monitor NCRs status with suitable corrective and preventive actions.
