Establishes standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including but not limited to Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management.
Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates to complete, estimates at completion (EAC) for comparing against plans and actual expense rate.
Coordinate with the Program/Project Manager(s) on a monthly or quarterly basis to prepare updated cost estimates to complete for revenue recognition.
