First of all, i would like to clarify my current position at Schneider Electric as Projects leader which is responsible to manage the overall programs in the central region such as ( Project management plan, Scheduling, resources plan, Procurement plan, cash flow, Execution and controlling and closing) for ELV systems, in addition to the aforementioned responsibilities ,I am accountable of P&L of the EcoBuilding business unit by participating and lead such major roles within sales team such as the strategy plan for central region to meet the forecasted figures of year and fulfill the book to bill forecasted figures by maintaining the relationship with the key stakeholders and working closely with partners to achieve the committed targets.

Secondly, I am attending clients & end users presentations to clarify to them the adding value of our systems and products which will be more than the cost will paid for it and find new sales channels by maintain & develop the client relationship with all stakeholders which was increase our growth of 2014 by 12%.

Finally, As Projects Leader of the central region, i am accountable to make sure our sales & project teams will meet the KPI's by keeping close monitoring of the market to be first hunter of the new opportunities around.
