Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise material and passenger transfer to and fro marine vessels.
Daily Helicopter operations and perform responsibilities as HLO on Scene Commander.
Make stability calculation whenever deemed necessary especially during heavy loads.
Supervise maintenance of rig including marine, deck and FFE and LSA equipments.
Advance preparedness for all equipments and machinery ready for Rig move operations.
Follow up the marine department for material ordering system.
Permit to Work: Permit to work system administration. Audit of the work permit and confirm compliance of Hazard elimination and protective devices used. 
Monthly: Inspection supervise of life saving equipment’s of Lifeboats, FRC,Life buoys, Life west, Life jackets, Helideck rescue equipment’s, Fire extinguishers, Firefighting stations, Firefighting equipment’s and PPE. 
Attending pre-job safety meetings i.e. conducting weekly General safety meeting with safety presentation. 
Conducting weekly safety drills and preparing scenario for the drill. 
Safety Induction: Giving safety induction to new crew onboard and familiarization of the rig .Ensure that new person understand all the rules and regulations of the rig. 
HSE Filing System: Maintaining all the reports and certificate filing system. 
Training Matrix: Maintaining training matrix of the rig employees 
Training: Conducting indoor training for the crew on safety issues, First aid and CPR training, Use of safety Harness, Use of SCBA, Permit to work, JSA, Toolbox talk, and Confined space entry. 
Conduct toolbox talks and imparting in-house training to work force as per training need analysis.
Liaise with the representative of the client with respect to acceptable Safety and Environmental criteria.
Assist the documentation, planning, reviewing and updating of the Project Management.
Conduct and coordinate HSE Committee meeting on monthly basis.
