I am Rethish Varma.S, worked as Research Lead at MarketSmithIndia,Wiliam O'Neil India Pvt Ltd,Bangalore till January 29, 2018. Previously, Head of Research at Aditya Trading Solutions Pvt Ltd. Prior to that I was associated with Copal Amba (a MOODY'S Analytics Company),HDFC Securities Ltd,a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, Mumbai and Doha Brokerage and Financial Services Ltd (associate of DOHA BANK of Qatar). Job responsibilities handled:
Responsible for preparing research reports, result updates,sector reports,thematic reports. Giving proper training to junior analysts on fundamental and technical analysis and on report preparation,data collection. Responsible for launching new products like PMS and SIP and many more to build business for the company. Interacted with CFO/CEO of various companies that are under research coverage as well as top Institutional/HNI clients. Expertise in fund management.

Keep up to date with current industry trends and trade publications. Interacting with key management personnel’s and networking to upgrade my knowledge of the sector. Attending analysts meets and annual general meetings to expand my knowledge horizon. Doing fundamental analysis and valuation of the companies using valuation models like DCF,SOTP and other Multiplier models. Developing and preparing Investment research reports and other reports like industry analysis, market scenario analysis etc.

I also have exposure and experience in Technical analysis.Experience in using softwares like Spider Iris,Falcon 3, Falcon 7,Ticker Plant, Iris and Meta Stock and using technical analysis tools for identifying trends in stocks as well as in indices based on chart patterns
