• Handled entire gamut of employee relations for around 1800 employees spread
across locations, both onsite and offshore.
• Ensuring internal customer delight by being the primary contact person for
addressing employee grievances.
• Retention management and Policy related interventions.
• Interacting with leaders periodically to get firsthand information on team issues and help them in solving it.
• Preparing MIS for the unit on monthly basis for budget and resource requirements.
• Attrition Management: Attrition prediction and proactive retention, conducting exit interviews and retention discussions. Preparing and presenting monthly reports to the leadership team and forecast trends on attrition/retention at a business unit level
• Conducting Connect programs viz. town halls, policy dissemination, Unit inductions and fun and connect activities.

• Managing Team in conceptualizing and implementing smoother Exit process to provide associate delight to all the ex-associate who quit across Satyam meeting global standards.
• Conceptualized the manner in which the SLA’s can be adhered at Tech Mahindra’s larger organizational context.
• Analysis on the Exits been shared on a regular intervals to the Senior Management.
• Handling associate offer related activities during the onsite assignments, helping the associates with relocation process.
• Making the changes in the reporting hierarchy for associates. Maintaining the employee database for all the data points.
• Conducting the PIP (performance improvement plan) for low performance in continues support with the top management. Tracking and monitoring the performance review on periodic basis.
• Communicating, Implementing and administering the annual performance appraisal and the Salary revision process.
• Training and Development: Preparing employee skill matrix, skill gap analysis, evaluate training effectiveness.
