With almost 22 years of deep operational management in manufacturing companies, with extensive experience and knowledge in paints and coatings industry. In addition to a deep knowledge in the fields of Bulk pharmaceutical sector (Fine chemical Industry) and thermal insulators (PU – sandwich panels), and through living, travelling, and working in various countries across the world (MENA, Gulf Region, Europe, Turkey, Africa,…) which result also to a multicultural and multi markets exposure.
In my various functions and tasks I have been responsible for factories management from supplier interface to customer interface, with solid understanding for companies’ evaluation (M&E) in all sectors through financial indicators and financial reports. With full responsibility of the P/L for several factories. I am strongly customer and sales oriented with high knowledge about main markets players for paints, coatings, building materials, and thermal insulators manufacturers.
My Ambition is to lead a group of manufacturing companies by establishing a solid foundation for continuous process improvements, and through improving the operational performance for all companies activities by establishing strong foundations of standardized processes from supplier interface to customer interface, and implementing KM management system as a tool for knowledge sharing between group of companies which will share all the improvements and failures between all, and through sharing my knowledge & experience with a reputable company which respects achievements & celebrates difference. To achieve finally the organization objectives with maximum profitability, and customers satisfaction.
