 Monitoring competition growth and marketing plans

 Support Brand & Marketing activities in his territory
• - To handle sales support activities, monitor target achievement
• - Enhancing market penetration through various sales promotion activities
- Ensuring smooth first contact, need analysis of vehicle required, quick & suitable financing options
• - Tie-up with nationalized banks, Private Banks and Financial Institutions for Sales Promotion.
• Tracking dealer’s advances & helping dealers to expediting retail.
• Improving banking relations by holding monthly meetings, conferences & seminars & increase awareness of the bank managers about product offered by M & M (Swaraj).
• Contacting Customers for documenting collections, resolve problems in documentation raised by bank.
• Coordinating with banks and dealers to increase retail sales.
• Increasing the utilization ratio by Tie ups for product promotion.
• Meeting banks and financiers in regular interval to update the pricing and special schemes for season times-state wise.
• Supporting dealers for their Bank Guarantee, Channel finance and working capital as per their requirement.
• Retail finance training for dealers and dealer personnel’s.
• Training for dealers to update retail tracking sheet (RTS).
• Consolidation of RTS State wise.
• Regularly update to the dealer & Territory managers on possible retails & analyze the variance.
• Facilitate Channel Finance for the dealers in terms of documentation & monitoring performance.
• Organize retail events like as loan Mela’s & Bankers meet.
• Keep proper track of retail loan & guiding dealers on loan financing.
• Handling TA & Channel Limits ( 30 days & 90 days) rotation
• Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures.
• Keep a close track on TA & DO’s of dealers.
