Develop the operation tasks lists, operation rounds and validates the day-to-day maintenance plan.
 Providing Continual Advice to Operation People on start up, Normal Operating Conditions, Specifying written
daily Instruction in Logbook and Complying Standard Operating conditions.
 Generate a weekly & daily maintenance schedule by coordinating plans, prioritizing work, allocating appropriate
manpower, materials, tools & equipment for the action of the District Zone Supervisors.
 As Process focal point, receive work requests (WRs) from Owner Departments, distribute WRs between Zone/
Craft Supervisors for scoping & estimating, rout major maintenance work t CMMS o the Planning Engineer. On
return of scoped WRs, complete planning and enters data into CMMS system to ensure continuity in the system.
 Check & prepare work estimates for the labour, materials & equipment required.
 Review work priorities at daily planned meetings and liaise with Maintenance Departments particularly to
discuss and schedule urgent work to ensure accuracy of information and operational needs are met.
 Optimize the use of Computerized System, ensuring that work is correctly estimated, approved, planned &
scheduled in SAP to provide a valid, auditable database.
 Visit job Sites & Preparing Daily job planning & Risk Assessment sheet Safe Work Permits to ensure work
is carried out safely.
 Regularly obtains status updates from Workshops and contractors & co-ordinates the supply of support crafts
like staging & rigging to ensure availability when required.
 Update & reviews the backlog of work orders & requests for each Districts to ensure adequate resources are
available and the most urgent work is progressed.
 Ensure the operation to be conducted flawlessly and efficiently, responsible for any process upset and
troubleshooting.
 Ensure product are produced on-spec, correctly packaged and labelled.
 Handle any technical and process quality issues, assists in quality issues investigations.
 Ensure the operation equipment are in the good condition by working together with Maintenance and
engineering team, optimize the equipment strategy and PM plan; support Operations Manager on optimizing
production process including bottleneck elimination and capacity increase when need with study and proposal
to Engineering team.
 Optimize utilization of manpower and facilities to achieve production target.
 Conduct regular plant performance analysis from efficiency, productivity, reliability point view, identify the
improvement opportunities and propose the solutions.
 Keep monitoring the new technology for lube oil blending, filling and packaging etc., evaluate and introduce
the advanced technology into the plant daily operation.
 Support and fulfil the new product launch in the plant; Support Marketing and Sales together with engineering
team on market initiatives.
 Establish effective communications with other functions and 3rd parties
