I, Rahul Kr. Tiwari wish to submit that I am a Company Secretary (C.S) & have done LL.B from Faculty of Law (D.U.). I have also passed B-Com. from Delhi University through regular mode with 1st grade marks.

As regards my work experience is concerned, I have Work experience of 3 years and currently looking for a role in a well known & renowned company. During this entire period of my Job and Training, I have tried to learn to the best of my capabilities and equipped myself in such a way that I am able to comply and adhere the provisions of applicable laws in my Organisation more particularly in Companies Act, 2013, LODR Regulations 2015, SEBI Take Over Code 2011, Corporate Loan Documentation, Licencing and Registration, Labour Law compliance's, Company's Litigation in various forums i.e. Hon'ble Supreme Court, High Court, NGT, District Courts etc.
