Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

Site Engineer on PCMS Project

 Looked after the entire gamut of responsibility pertaining to piping plant maintenance and maintenance of construction site producing 1, 75,000 BOPD.
 Responsible for marking of the Test Pack Mark Up P&ID as per system and sub system as well as re-instatement of the Piping test packs after completion of Hydro testing.
 Handled sites, coordinated with the Client for ITR’s submission after sub system is completed and verified PCMS Data Base for the construction, Pre-Commissioning & commissioning and Start up Phases of the project.
 Handled the responsibility of issuing the ITR (Inspection Testing Reports), CCC, MCC, SAC for the ongoing System- Subsystem Project work etc. in force from time to time.
 Followed the project from start to finish and make any necessary changes along the way, ensuring that the procedure is being followed while checking the safety features of the project during the time it is being completed.
