• Overseas each business unit and directing various business departments to ensure the smooth running of the company, Involved in total training of Sales and Marketing strategies of the Products personally.
• Resolving contractual and commercial issues and disputes.
• Drive financial and strategic development of the Company.
• Coordinate branches in each state. Developing positive direct relationships with key business Contracts
• Advise on financial issues, Implementation of customer’s business plans and their satisfaction.
• Monitoring the movements of the sales, purchase, staff, warehouses, etc.
• Manage and supervise Procurement Team, Custom Clearance Team, Logistic Executives, Sales and Marketing Team, Train them when required on targets achieved.
• Dealing with international Clients and suppliers, with the knowledge of negotiating for supply.
• Finalizing the deal with the International as well as Local suppliers and maintain excellent relationships.
• Ensure the stock availability in the warehouse and monitor closely the movements of vehicles and stock in the warehouse.
• Ensure timely transport of the material to our clients and reply to their queries and complaints through our website.
• Taking part in Government bids for new outlets. Undertaking staff performance reviews.
• Total involvement in Import and export procedures, and act immediately in adverse situations and make decision to sort the things out and see that the operations are carried out smoothly.
• Involved in bank activities such as Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.) and making of L.C.
• Ensure that best practice is followed in safety, legality and quality of service.
