 Working as a Civil Engineer (Project controller ) in K . H Kevadia Construction Pvt . Ltd . From Date 7/11/2016 to now .


Nature of work


• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress in terms of cost and DPR
• Site establishment.
• Purchase order.
• Inspect inventories and prepared orders for civil projects
• Finding new tenders.
• Visiting sites regularly, Site supervision .
• Sending enquiry & getting quotation from suppliers.
• Preparing BOQ and tender submission works, Review of bills of quantities and item lists.
• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.
• Checking measurements
• Get touch with architect for any work regarding PMC ( Project Management consultancy).
• Arrange all challan and bill for payment.
• Estimating building, with the help of consent person.
