Short listing the CVs, scheduling interviews, Issuing offer & Appointment letter.
Maintenance & supervision of company owned vehicles & Guest Houses,
Handling AMCs.
Arranging Train & Air tickets, visitors pass.
Arranging conferences, fixing appointments with clients.
Settlement & renewal of agreements with vendors to achieve positive work environment.
Verification of records of vendors.
Collecting, depositing and issuing cheques.
Disbursing wages.
Accounts verification.
Managing the preparation & maintenance of periodic reports for managements / Human Resource Database.
To carry out the other task assigned by the management from time to time.
