I am a BCA accredited (MOH of Singapore) Clinical coder with solid experience for more than 2 years in Clinical coding in assigning DRG codes and strong knowledge in standards of ACS, ACHI&ICD-10AM along with
thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology, I
I Check and analyse Medical records (EMR and Physical case notes) for
accuracy, adequacy and consistency of documentation and code the abstracted data using software 3M code finder.
Moreover, I am highly skilled in performing a wide variety of associated functions that is proficient in MS Office, cross auditing, verification of cases for data submission and evaluation of doctors by notifying the cases with complications thus help to improve the quality of care for patients by
collaborating with Clinical care pathway team.Furthermore, I am upgraded as a mentor for new staffs.
Besides coding tasks, as a Homoeopathic physician and Psychotherapist I had treated many patients
efficiently and successfully for more than 4 years. I am also familiar in teaching for Medical students and
also have experience in processing Hospital Claims.
I am a self-motivated, problem solving and team working attitude person who is oriented towards goals
and achievement of organization.
