I am B.com graduate with ICMA qualification passed during June 1996 having 17+ post qualification experience in both Indian and International companies and have experience in Manufacturing, Retail chain of outlets, Trade and Service Industries.

My Experience is in Fund management and planning, MIS reporting, Taxation like VAT, CST, Excise, Service Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Customs and DGFT matters, Budgets and Forecast, Project funding, Arranging Working Capital Limits, Term loans, Pre and Post shipment Loans, Bank Guarantee limits, Bill Discounting and Letter of Credit limits for both Existing and New Projects, Accounts Finalization, MIS, Consolidation of Accounts with ERP Environment exposure, Exposure to IFRS ,Indian and UK Gaap, RBI, FEMA and Sox Compliances.

Further my experience is related to co-ordination with Bankers, Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor, Tax Consultants, Company Secretarial and Government authorities and further have exposure in attending to Income tax, Transfer pricing Assessments, Checks and handling Appeals . Have exposure in monitoring Statutory and Compliances matters relating to PF,ESI, Labour laws and co-ordination with Company secretary for ROC Compliances and company law matters.

I have experience in interacting and working with the clients from Sweden, UAE, Australia, Singapore, Italy, Thailand, America and Ecuador. . I have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with good Interpersonal and leadership skills.
