Electro-Mechanical, MEP and Industrial Infrastructure, Power System, Instrumentation and Industrial Automation, PLCs and SCADA systems. Experience in design, installation, selection and sizing of electro-mechanical systems like DG sets, Transformers, UPS systems, LV Switchgears, Pumps, HVAC systems. Experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of VFDs and motor control panels, system integration for industrial control and automation.

Experience in design of motor control centers, motor starters design, selection of HRC fuses, MCBs, MCCBs, protection relays, VFDs, VSDs and LV switchgear design.

Experience in industrial and building communication standards like RS232, RS485, Industrial Ethernet, MPI, Profibus DP, Profinet, BACNet and MODBUS networks...

Experience in integration of field instruments and transmitters like pressure transmitters, level transmitters, flow senors, RTDs, thermo-couples and other 4-20 mA and 0-10V senors.

Hands on experience in using Siemens, Johnson controls, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Honeywell automation systems, motor drives, HVAC drives and VFDs. More than 2 years of experience in installation, commissioning, project execution of Siemens PLCs and SCADA systems, process automation systems design. (Siemens Simatic S7-200, 300, 400, 1200 PLCs, WinCC-Flexible, SIMATIC HMI Touchpanels, SIPROTEC Relays, VFDs and Motor soft starters from Rockwell Automation and Siemens. Experience in embedded systems, microprocessor based systems for industrial control and communication. Holding PG Diploma in Embedded System Design from NIELIT, Calicut.
