15. To co-ordinate with other departments to carry out assignments in operation, breakdown or scheduled shutdown.
16. To plan and estimate the annual budget proposals, estimate of materials and equipments and manpower requirements for the plant.
17. To develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
18. To prepare equipment maintenance schedules with maintenance department and recommend the repair / replacement of parts
