Professional Synopsis
1 A Mechanical Engineering Graduate with more than two and half decades of rich experience in Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance, Performance Assessment, Project engineering & Erection of Thermal Power Plants.
2 Headed commissioning, operation and maintenance in power plants of capacities upto 300 MW units
3 Operation and maintenance of power plants with all its utilities with uninterrupted availability, reliability, economical, safety and also developing the operation & maintenance staff on O & M aspects.
4 Planning and execution of startup and shutdown of units
5 Budgeting, Tools, Inventory / Spares planning and vendor planning.
6 Proficiency in devising maintenance (Routine, Preventive, Predictive, Overhauling & Shutdown maintenance) Activities, procedures and methods; diagnosing breakdown problems; monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
7 A keen planner & strategist with expertise in handling projects for improving efficiency of equipments/ machinery using available resources and ensuring timely completion.
8 Co–ordination with Government / legal agencies for statutory clearances.
9 Erection & normalization of plant auxiliaries/Utilities in chronological order.
10 Effective communicator with excellent relationship management & negotiation skills to maintain harmonious industrial relations and discipline.
