Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare the prepay roll and verifies employee’s attendance and absence as well as overtime hours.
• Coordinates with all relevant HR personnel / Project Managers to facilitate and organize the personnel request process.
• Ensures that the requests received are incompliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with all relevant sites in case of ( employee transfer / Relocation, Tickets for vacations & Transfer).
• Verifies and coordinates with compensation and benefits department to facilitate employee’s request’s related to leaves, allowances, etc….
• Provides guidance to all staff with regards to company’s policies and procedures.
• Performance administrative duties related to allowances and dues of employees.
• Verifies and manages different records including but not limited to vacation, sick Leaves etc….
• Supports the Section Head in all of the related tasks.
• Keeps safely the employee’s passports and process the employees Leaves / Visa Requests.
Documents Letters Preparation:
Letters ( renew iqama - renew passport - open account - bank loan- driving license - renew driving license - renew car rent document- transfer sponsor -family visa for iqama - family visit visa - guarantor - necessary documents release - certificate - clearance company - extend exit re entry - runaway addressed to labor office - runaway addressed to Jawazat..Etc.).

Certificates Attendance:
• Training program in Problem Solving and Decision Making.
• Training Program MDR (Manpower Daily Report) and Voucher Preparation payment.
• ERP-Financial Control.
• Training Program in Risk Management.
• Training Program in Team Building – Developing High Performance.
• Training Program in Time Management.
UNIX System.
• Controlling the Data of Employees:
a) Activation of Employees.
b) Termination of Employees.
c) Iqama update etc…..
