.Manage and implement the Company HSE System via local Laws & Regulations and the international Standards.
•Prepare the projects HSE procedures/plans for client review and proceed for construction.
•Organize and lead risk assessment workshops to assess the project activities. •Evaluate tenders following the company technical and HSE requirements. •Produce and analyse the monthly, quarterly and annually safety performance statistics.
•Investigate the incidents/accidents occurred following fix up the corrective actions and follow up the implementation,
•Ensure full coordination and participation on planification of projects ongoing phases and activities.
•Ensure coordination and advise to face the HSE matters related to the construction and commissioning phases.
•Manage HSE tracking register, study the actions statistics and advise/suggest the ideal correctives actions and/or barriers following the cost/performance and availability of the safe barriers.
•Produce monthly, quarterly and annually safety, environment performance statistics.
•Anticipate the site safety walks and inspections tours around the different sites locations.
Prepare and develop the training courses and materials as per project required.
•Organize and lead the HSE meeting with project subcontractors to enroll the HSE issues raised up during site activities.
•Creating effective procedures for the preparation and executing programs within the area of construction safety, and the environment in process.
•Conducting the deferent Safety, Hygiene and Environment Audits, inspections and walk through in order to monitor/advise the best practices, project HSE requirements and specifications compliance and follow up & Risk Assessment and implementing Health Safety Environment Management System and formulating First Aid Scheme with neighbouring industries.
•Conducting the different HSE coordination meeting, weekly HSE meeting, PTW coordination meeting and specific activities kick of meeting etc.
•Investigating employee Health and Safety complaints and discussing findings and recommending possible solutions in a timely manner
•Environmental program, ensuring submission of applicable monthly, quarterly & annual environmental reports & working with Corporate EHS personnel on a frequent basis
•Inspecting machinery, equipment and workplaces & ensuring suitable protective equipment such as hearing protection, dust pollution protection, PPE are provided and is being used correctly
•Testing Electrical Appliances and ensuring need of PPE in limited time according to the requirements
•Complying with health & safety legislation & investigating complaints, serious harm incidents and accidents.
•Writing reports about the results of inspections and investigations and making its follow up.
•Implementing HSE policy and programs in the site according to the demand of clients.
•Implementing & controlling Work Permit System and creating the awareness of safety among employees.
•Assist guide to all Subcontractors & Inspecting Heavy Machinery, Lifting Tools and Tackles & other Equipment’s, Electrical Equipment at workplaces & ensuring that they are safe to use on site.
•Offering emphasis while working on “Zero Harm & Zero Tolerance towards Safety Policy.
•Providing leadership in the execution of HEMP (Hazards and Effects Management Process) initiatives (e.g. Barrier Thinking training) or similar concepts.
•Preparing, implementing and ensure proper application of Training program according site activities.Successfully achieved 4+ million Man Hours with out LTI .•Supporting the development and realization of a "Zero Incident Culture" in a way that serious injuries are prevented and best in class HSE performance is achieved.
•Motivating and encouraging management and workers in their efforts to reduce the number of occupational safety and health hazards at workplace
