As a Process Engineer with global experience in FEED & EPC of world scale hydrocarbon facilities like NGL, GAS processing and utilities.
Primarily involved in Process design from initial project development phases through FEED & EPC.
Process knowledge of various onshore/offshore projects and Gas treatment processes like Feed inlet facility, Condensate stabilization, Gas Sweetening, Gas Dehydration, NGL Extraction and liquefaction, LPG fractionation etc., worked with clients like SHELL, ADCO, BGC, ADMA-OPCO.
As a process engineer, developed engineering deliverables like PFD, P&ID, Hydraulics, PSFD, DPDT, Process Design basis, Process Description, Philosophies, PDS, Safeguarding memorandum etc.
Process studies are performed like Hydrate management in NGL plant, De-bottleneck study, Plant hydraulics, Pipeline hydraulics etc.
As a process engineer participated in reviews like HAZOP, Model review, Vendor document review etc.
Hands-on experience on Process engineering software’s like HYSYS, PIPESIM, OLGA, PIPENET& FLARE NET.
