Madhusri Chakraborty Datta

Seeking a challenging and rewarding position in a dynamic and growth-oriented business where I can utilize my knowledge, experience and skills to generate and develop business in order to contribute towards the overall growth of the organization as well as more exposure into HR.
Brief about myself :: My schooling was from St.Xavier's Institution, passed 10th std in 2004 & from National Model School passed 12th std in 2006. I have completed BBA (H) under WBUT (AICTE Approved) passed out in 2009 & MBA - HR from WBUT (AICTE approved) passed out in 2012. While pursuing my MBA i did summer internship from ONGC on "Quality of work life of the employees"​.My first company was SRM Solutions - a consultancy, as HR Recruiter - there I had to shortlist the CVs,take telephonic interview & behavioral round then sent to the empaneled companies,after that I got an opportunity to work with Birla Group of Companies under B.K Birla Group .
My Key Skills - Talent acquisition, Induction, Training & Development, JD, KRA-KPI, joining formalities, making appointment letter, compensation bench marking & HRMIS.
Currently I'm associated with AMRI GROUP OF HOSPITALS, DHAKURIA in Corporate HR.
