I am writing in reference to the job profile for a Remedy CMDB admin and support person. As my resume reveals, I have pursued Bachelor in Science (B.Sc) degree and Computer diplomas. I have over 10 years of professional experience working in Software and Production Industries. I have been working on ARS 6.3, ARS 7.x(and 7.5… 8.0), ITSM, Oracle 9i, Quality Center along with database basics like SQL/PL SQL. I enjoy working in a high energy and high performance work environment. I have worked on and learned a great deal from some very interesting and complex commercial projects. Currently I am in an extremely talented team working with Express IT Solution Pvt Ltd for our client Exxon Mobil India pvt. ltd; which provides implementation, enhancement & Incident support projects to our Clients. I will be anxious to take on new challenges and build upon my knowledge base. I am excited by the prospect of working with an organization that is both an unquestioned leader in infrastructure support and an enthusiastic risk taker in an entirely new frontier.
