The Account Manager (AM) acts as the operational liaison between the company and clients
Whilst providing supervision and guidance to the Account Executive(s), Account Coordinators, creative team, production team, media team, and digital team. The AM is responsible for day-to-day agency activities and client contact on one or more accounts. Builds strong and lasting relationships with clients, based on progress in achieving the client’s marketing objectives with efficiency which results in profit for the agency.
