Kamaraj Sangumani

I am Kamaraj Sangumani working as a senior manager –plant & equipments in PunjLloyd oil & Gas Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. My total experience is 15 + year’s. I started my carrier as a trainee engineer and Upto as a senior service engineer in wirtgen India Pvt Ltd in india, The Wirtgen company producing well known products of Wirtgen surface miner, Vogele asphalt paver, Hamm Compactor’s. my role was to do the commissioning the new equipment and training the operator’s and troubleshooting the equipment’s(Hydraulic s& Electrical).I had a Knowledge in Hydraulics system as well as DC electrical system and I had a ability to read the hydraulic circuit as well as electrical circuit.
After that I was joined in Road project based company in India called JMC projects (India) ltd as a assistant manager –mechanical .I was a looking the asphalt Laying section .Then I was joined IVRCL LTD as a assistant manager –Mechanical and I was a in charge at workshop section and crusher section and asphalt production and laying site and Concrete section.
After that I was Joined in Metro rail project company in India called Soma Enterprises Ltd. I was in charge in concrete Section Maintaining the batching plants concrete pump, Boom placer, Transit mixer.
After that I was joined in Road project company in Kenya called Intex Construcions Ltd. I was joined as manager plant& equipments. I was a in charge crusher section ,wet mix section, asphalt section, workshop section.
My Role:
1.Preventive maintenance.
2.Training the operator’s.
3.Preparing the workshop Budget.
4.Monitoring the plant production.
5.Spare part’s Planning.
6.Maintaing the Team work.
