I also have experience into recruitment process outsourcing, IT recruitment in US/UK markets. I have visited client US/UK client locations for requirements gathering which allowed me to get extra edge on understanding the work culture at clients place.
I have experience managing large complex cross functional teams at offshore and onsite as well.
