Basic, FEED, Proposal, Design & Detailed Engineering of Field Instruments, PLC, DCS, ESD, VMS System and Fire & Gas System, custody transfer system, Oil & Gas fire Burner Management System in Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Projects.
DCS, ESD, F&G and PLC/SCADA Engineering, Configuration, Programming, Function testing, Site Erection & Commissioning activities done for various Domestic & Multinational Projects.

Design & Detailed Engineering for Oil/Gas metering custody transfer system, Oil & Gas fire Burner Management System for Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Projects, Oil Terminal with associated facilities are F&G System; Pumping station, Metering Skid, Vapour Recovery Unit, Instrument Air package, Tanker Management System, Tank Gauging System, Early Leak Detection System, Diesel Generator Unit.
Knowledge of Foundation Field bus system design and Intrinsically Safe system design. Working knowledge of SPI, AUTOCAD, InstruCal, Navis-2009 for Model review, MS Project-2010, PLC/SCADA/HMI/DCS Programming.
Preparation and Checking of Instrumentation Design Documents like Instrument Specification, Datasheet, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Functional Design Specification, Instrument Index, I/O List, Cause and Effect, Functional Logic diagram, Loop diagram, Junction Box Details, Cable Schedule, Cable Tray Layout, Instrument Location Layout, Hook up Drawings etc.
Smart Plant Instrumentation: Instrument Index Module, Specification Module, Data Importing from excels to SPI, Generation of Datasheet reports, Cable schedule Module, Hook-up Module.
Familiar with International Code and standards: IEC, ASME, ASTM, ISO, ISA, Shell DEP, GASCO/TAKREER DGS, Borouge Specification, SOC, BGC etc.
Participated in Kick-off Meeting and HAZOP Meeting. In touch with Hazardous area classifications.
Knowledge of Project Erection, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning. Handling the site construction team and co-ordination activities. Participated in Project construction review meeting and As Built Documentation.
