Have taken initiatives to streamline the Efficiency improvement of packaging machines for Bosch and Lined Carton machines by implementing process improvements at factory as far as the time and man power is concerned. The packing efficiency has been improved from 55% to 90% and consistently been performing at factories from last 1.5 years.

Monitoring the packing materials to avoid any shortfalls of production. Set up daily tracking system at factory which alarms to take action on priority.

Identifying contract manufacturers for existing and new products. Souring, Procurement and negotiations on super foods with Domestic and International suppliers for products like Oats, Quinoa, Stevia, Dry fruits, Chia seeds and other super foods.

Product costing and GC calculation by bench-marking with leading brands.

Capacity Planning on growth for next year on realistic numbers to meet the sales demand.

Prior to Operations, had worked as EA to Promoter for 4.5 years and handled multiple tasks like Corporate HR, Cost reduction projects, Monitoring Budgets, Frequent interactions with all Top management, Sales review meetings and follow up on action plans and assisting in all projects.
