This is kalaiselvam.M chemical engineer from Riyadh. Totally having 8+ years practical experience from various chemical projects.
As a process engineer within the process development team, studied and analyzed new and existing production processes in the plant. Implemented the necessary adjustments in order to optimize the production process in terms of safety, environment, output, energy, product quality and use of raw materials in order to meet the needs of our business.

•Developed new processes and equipment. Afterwards coordinated the different commissioning stages and evaluate the results. Have had the ability to challenge with credibility and act as a trusted advisor for the Manufacturing manager at the level of engineering designs, overall equipment efficiency improvement programs in view of maximizing return on assets in operations, and best practice implementation at the level of energy and utilities.
