Kaid Atoum

Kaid is an Nurse Consultant with over 25 years of Medical - Surgical Nursing and Critical Care experience and 10 years as an nurse educator and trainers in Medical ,Surgical , Critical Care and Palliative Care . Kaid works within clinical education and training as well as in clinical practice. Currently, Kaid works at the Center of Continuing Professional Development (CCPD) at MOH, as CPD expertise who in this role, facilitate development, implementation and evaluation of educational programs and health care resources. Kaid has experience with a wide variety of educational formats including On Job Training, TOT, active online courses, live events, and print materials. In addition to developing educational programs, he facilitated the development of a website that provides educational resources for nurse educators, led a project in the development of competencies for health care professional and other health workers, Critical Care Out Reach (CCOT) for early recognition of Deteriorated Patient, in liaise with Oman cancer association Founder of national Palliative Training Program In MOH ,and the development of a formal educational outcomes measurement process for the CPD system. Educational background for Kaid includes a Bachelor's degree in nursing from Yarmouk University, and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration diploma of education from the University of Jordan.
