 5+ years of professional experience in different aspects of Oracle Apps System/Database Administration of ERP (Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Application) on 9.x/10g/11g production databases.
 Excellent knowledge and understanding of ITIL Service Support processes and delivery processes.
 Good experience in working with Network/System/Operations teams, IT team leaders & project managers.
 Leaded multiple IT System Infrastructure, Database and application projects from initiation to closeout phase.
 Experience in managing vendors and contractors for the provisioning of hardware, software and Services.
 Excellent planning, interpersonal, communications, organizational, project management and supervision skills and ability to determine user requirements and inspire confidence & trust.
