1) Plastic tooling/over mold/co-injection design, injection process & material performance.
2) Stamping tooling process & material performance (Q235/Q345/SPCC/ SUS304 etc.)
3) Plenty of practice experience and theory about mechanics (gear box/cam/lever etc.), especially in gear box.
4) Die casting tooling process & material performance (Zamak/ADC12 etc).
5) Lost-wax casting process & material performance.
6) Surface treatment for metal part, secondary process for plastic part.
7) GD&T & GPS tolerance chain analysis.
8) International safety standard (ASTM/UL61010/UL1310/EMC/ FCC/ROHS).

Team& project management:
1) Over 10 years project management experience, have built new design team, from zero to develop new brand line.
2) Have participated ISO 9000 & ISO 13485 outside & inner audit, have used SAP / PDM etc. ERP system.

Oversea working experience:
1) Two weeks in Dec of 2012 – in Germany.
2) Two weeks in May of 2015 – in Denmark & Poland.
