• Depth management in all Project Documentation – engineering and technical, correspondence, management, commercial, generated by Company, Contractor and/or it’s Vendors with standard ISO9001 and/or OHSAS compliance included manage and control of engineering document change base on engineering/site query, instruction and/or field regulation, also prepare documentation training.
• Depth experienced in quality insurance configuration management.
• Depth experienced in document record management and reporting due to a tight schedule and depth experienced in coordinate of tracking and protecting documents both paper and digital.
• Fully experienced in created documentation procedure, policies, standard and/or specification.
• Fully experienced in reading technical engineering and/or vendor document of EPC project in according to interface discipline, subcontractor/vendor or 3rd party scope of work also determine issuance stage to owner base on the engineering deliverable, procedure and/or project contract.
• Depth experienced in creating engineering document progress calculation reports, also control and manage engineering document change base on engineering/construction instruction and/or query.
• Depth experienced in Implementation of Project Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) / Bentley ProjectWise, Engineering, Plant and Facilities Management (EPFM / EMC Documentum) and successfully built (Design, implementation & improvement) new EDMS Desktop Application with Delphi programming language and continuously improvement the system with GUI Web Application.
• Familiar and good experienced with computer programming on Delphi/Kylix/Pascal, C/C++, Perl/C Shell, PHP and Java, database programming MsSQL, MySQL, Oracle with RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) concept.
• Depth experience and knowledge in database replication between 2 (two) servers and successfully made Windows service application for scheduling of FTP transfer data.
• Strong knowledge and coordinate with 3rd party agency to handle government regulation for worthy equipment installation of Oil, Gas & Petrochemical projects.
