 Responsible to carry out daily inspections of the works and sign off the relevant part of the contractor’s RFI’s in a timely manner.

 Coordinate with the site technical staff/engineers to meet the site requirement for materials, equipment and manpower according to the plan and follow up the provisions of the same with the project management and other departments.

 Make frequent inspections of work areas and generally observe and monitor operations.

 Solving any problem that arises quickly and efficiently.

 Observe site safety procedures and progress in the field and check the conformity of the executed works to the required specifications, the instructions of consultant and the approved progress tables. Give instructions to the site engineers about all matters related to the progress of works.

 Analyze all the problems affecting the progress and solve them together with the project manager or site technical staff/engineers.

 Supervision actual construction work site from site development to architectural finishes and plan Man power Management Materials and equipment’s.
