I have an experience of total 8.2 years in MNC(6.3 years in India Customer Service,Collections,Sales Dept) and 1.8 years in UAE(Customer Service, Sales Dept).I was working for an IT Training Company( Executrain )as a Business Development Executive .In my position as a customer service representative(in Citi Bank and HSBC-HDPI) I had responded to customers holding banking products(Credit Cards,Loans,Fixed deposits, Current and Savings accounts). Handled inbound calls also automated outbound calls, payment, funds transfers, Complaints Providing payment solutions to customers.As a process Trainer had taken necessary measures to ensure that all my peers have best process knowledge.
I hold an experience of managing a team of twelve, Ensuring the delivery of the best performance from each individual(As a Designated Manager Operations)maintain team stats, call Quality by call monitoring and by Conducting call calibrations. Also handling escalations as and when required.Ensuring the team achieves the targets.
