Present Role: Since June 2017,I’m working as a Principal with SNBP World School in Pune ,which runs an IGCSE curriculum.
Professional Role at Orchids: As the Principal of an independent branch of Orchids the International School, Nigdi, Pune; I head and manage the academics, finance, HR, operations and administrative functions of the school. As a founder principal I joined the school when it was an empty patch of land and today have established the school with 1000 plus students and manage a team of 200 faculty and staff members.Have served the organisation from 2014 till May 2017.
