Following are my works which i have done in INDIA
1. Worked , supervised & executed the construction of Residential Building with all facilities from the base foundation to top parapet walls. ( Project With INTERNATIONAL BUILDERS & CONSULTANTS )

2. Worked , supervised & executed the construction of Railway Station Building with all facilities And laying of Railway track from sub base to permanent way ( Project With MAHESH ROOPCHANDANI CONTRACTORS & BUILDERS )

3. Worked , supervised & executed the construction of government residential buildings under government of Karnataka with other infrastructure projects ( Project With NIRMITHI KENDRA )

My MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

• Preparation of weekly, monthly schedule with respect to completion dates in co-ordination with the site manager /consultants.
• Checking layout plans, site plans and working drawings, site inspections and co-ordinates.
• Co- ordinating & arranging the meeting with main contractor/ consultants for the discussion of the ongoing work as how to accelerate and get the work done within given schedule.
• Making the bar bending schedule according to the project Bill of Quantities meeting all the site requirements.
• To look after the over all types of works like excavation, soil work, foundations, columns, beams, slab cast in site, pre-cast slabs, block work , plastering, painting , laying and installation of rebar according to the specified drawings issued for construction and concreting the same after convincing the consultants.
• To look after the overall manpower of the site and utilize them accordingly when and were required depending upon the work priority.
• Co-ordinating & Arranging the machinery and equipments required on the site so as to execute the specified work before the given time schedule.
• Supervise and execution of construction projects, monitor the structure and under ground utilities so as to meet the project schedule.
• Working on site according to the client approved QC plan.
• Reviewing the approved IFC stamped drawings received at site.
• Reviewing all the material submittals required on construction site before submitting to get approval of client.
• Actively involved with procurement team on site allowing to place the PO to approved vendors from client.
• Preparation of all QC documents as per client requirement based on the ongoing projects’s PTS & QA/QC plan.
• Checking the material and making MIR to get final approval based on the approved vendors list from client.
• Preparation of RFI with respect to all the approved drawings by client.
• Visiting batch concrete & precast plant with client engineer to witness the trial mix & get easy approval for RMC company to provide the concrete & precast structures on site.
• Preparation of civil ITP ( Inspection test plan ) for the easy & smooth execution of work which is approved by client.
• Witnessing the crushing in the approved laboratory for the cylinders taken during the casting of structures with all the ASTM standards & receiving the crushing results for the same.
• Issuing the NCR to Sub contractor for any non conformity occurred on site.
