I have over 10 years of experience in various Finance roles with increasing responsibilities. My experience includes People Leadership and Development, Audit and Assurance, Taxation, Project and Change Management, Organization Transformation, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Operational Analysis, Financial Reporting and Process Improvement.

• Business Planning and Performance Management
o Coordination of the Company’s Strategic Planning and annual Budgeting process
o Monitor implementation status of the Company’s Strategic initiatives, including trend analysis of key financial and non-financial performance indicators and driving the forecasting process
• Finance Functional Leadership, Management Reporting
o Manage the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
o Oversee the reporting of monthly results to excutive team and the group.
o Overall management of the statutory reporting process to ensure financial and statutory reports produced within set deadlines and in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
o Build an engaged and high performing Finance team that supports and challenges its partners to drive the expected results.
o Preparation of a quarterly board reports
• Strategic and Operational Tax management
o In charge of ensuring overall efficiency and effectiveness of the tax function.
o Manage relationships with external tax and legal consultants and other service providers.
• Risk Management
o Compliance with country legislation and regulatory requirements
o Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
o Devise and implement reliable control systems, ensure continuous process improvement
o Report risk issues to the Group risk management committee and work on mitigation.
• Business partnering and commercial support
o Ensuring project appraisal computations are accurate and the assumptions made are logical for the project under review.
o Build relationship with all functions in the business to ensure effective support to all business functions within the company
