Currently am working as a MEP Quantity Surveyor/variation Analyst/Cost Controller in the topmost leading MEP Company ETA.I strongly believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position. A summary of my experience and key accomplishments includes the following:

Analyze the variation in techno & commercial background and spoon-feeding reports to consultant and clients.
Expertise in the construction standards and easily adoptable the client needs
Expertise in choosing and assigning sub-contractors to help ensure projects are completed on time when necessary
I have experience writing financial reports, preparing contracts and helping to create a budget for the job at hand. I have performed risk analysis and I have the ability to provide advice about a job and to make payment arrangements with contractors and suppliers.
My experience includes writing cost analysis reports (CVR,EVM & ABC) to estimate how much a construction project will cost. This requires excellent research skills due to the change in prices for materials and labor that take places regularly
Sound knowledge in 3 Ms(Money, Material & Manpower),MIS, Management/Client Presentation for all Running/Tendering projects.
