Hadi El-asmar

I have a mechanical engineering background with 25 years of experience in construction, commissioning, supervision, administration, maintenance and operation in several industrial fields as mechanical, electrical, gas and power plants.
During the past 20 years, I took part in the management of construction, start-up, maintenance and operation of six combined cycle power plants with a total capacity of 4500 MW and construction of two gas plants.
My positive outlook, my interpersonal skills and strong communication with my team members and with other internal and external teams, my excellent organizational skills and my in-depth computer knowledge contributed to the success of the projects in which I was involved.
I gained international experience when working in Canada, Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia, for French (EDF), Japanese (JGC) and Irish (ESBI) corporations. I fluently speak, read and write English, French, Arabic and Bulgarian.
My managerial skills have been shaped and improved during all my experience involvements. They were highly appreciated by stakeholders of the projects in which I was involved and they were evaluated and confirmed by my success, in all challenges that I have faced, and by the PMP certification.
