- Interacting with clients regularly for efficient redress for their queries regarding products and services.
- Coordinating with sales managers and product managers for ensuring smooth operations.
Team handling
- Leading, mentoring and monitoring teams for business excellence.
- Coordinating with different teams for effectively achieving organizational goals.
